The NGS Technology Platform at the Heinrich-Pette Institute; Leibniz Institute for Experimental Virology, Hamburg, hosted our 1st workshop on ChIPSeq and RNASeq.
In a three day workshop everyone had a lot of fun learning theoretical and practical knowledge on experiment design, library construction and bioinformatic analysis of genome wide ChIP and transcriptome experiments.
